Staff were great mix of relaxed banter, which came across as sincere, together with professional efficiency. I was a little anxious about going under the knife, but the approach and professionalism of all staff from reception, through to consultant, including nursing staff, theatre staff and the lady who brought the post-op food reassured and relaxed me - all in all, could not have expected any better

It's was the first time I have gone private and I found the whole experience very good all the staff from the receptionist to the surgeon and everyone in-between we're friendly and professional so it was a pleasure thanks to them and

The staff were friendly and explained everything that was happening & when it would happen. The facilities were good & my room was comfortable.

I have been to Goring Hall Hospital on several occasions. On each occasion I have been well looked after and treated with respect by all members of the staff and medical teams. There is always a feeling of calmness in the hospital and I have always been treated with respect from Reception to leaving after a consultation/procedure. I would thoroughly recommend Goring Hall.

Tablets which should have been dispensed at 10 pm were no dispensed till 11:30 pm and all I wanted to do was go to sleep!

As an NHS patient I am very grateful for the care I received. If I had been a private patient I would not have been happy with some aspects. I waited 3 hours in a bay where I was in close proximity to the nurses desk. I could here swearing and mocking of patients. My nurse Susan was kind and professional.

From my first consultation with Mr Narang and his team to my admission and hip replacement surgery I have been treated with the upmost care and respect at all times, every member of staff are so helpful and always there for you no matter how busy they might be, they always came with a smile nothing was to much trouble, l would throughly recommend this whole hospital to anyone.

Lovely caring staff, never too busy to attend my needs. They made sure I was topped up with pain killers as necessary. I don't think it makes any difference to the standard of care, whether I was private or NHS.

I found my recent stay in hospital to be as pleasant as possible and felt very safe. The care I received was excellent. All the staff were caring and kind. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The house keeping and food very good to. I would recommend this hospital to any one..
